1. No Returns or Exchanges

  • Food & Beverage Items: For food safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any consumable products, and edible goods.

  • Custom & Limited Edition Items: Our specialty glass bottles, hats, are custom-made when purchased are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Store Credit for Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@parseeds.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • Our team will review your case, and if approved, a store credit may be issued for a future purchase.

  • Store credit is issued on a case-by-case basis and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified due to our fast processing times.

  • Please double-check your shipping details and order items before completing checkout.
