• Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee: if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@parseeds.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund. Custom, made-to-order items (such as glass bottles or hats) are handled on a case-by-case basis to make things right, consistent with our website FAQ.

Orders placed through Amazon are subject to Amazon's own return and refund policies.
