Q: Is your product certified organic?
A: While our cane sugar is certified organic, our Khakshir seeds and saffron are grown organically but do not have official organic certification due to being imported.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are processed within 2 business days and typically arrive within 5 business days via standard shipping.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot modify or cancel orders once they have been placed due to our fast processing times.
RETURNS & STORE CREDIT
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns on consumable products. Additionally, custom items such as glass bottles and hats are final sale.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email info@parseeds.com within 7 days with your order number and photos. We will assess the issue and may offer store credit on a case-by-case basis.
